Guitarist Kahlil Sarikey has been a featured performer throughout the United States and Canada.  Mr. Sarikey joined the Music Department faculty as the guitar ensemble instructor. He also holds a position at Edinboro University as instructor of guitar.

Professor Sarikey recently completed the Doctor of Musical Arts Degree in Guitar Performance and Literature at the Eastman School of Music where he was awarded a teaching assistantship. His educational credits also include a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Buffalo State, and a Master of Music degree from the Eastman School of Music.  Sarikey has participated in master classes with world-renowned artists such as Roland Dyens, Roberto Aussell, Eliot Fisk, Ricardo Cobo, Marcin Dylla, and David Tanenbaum.

Mr. Sarikey has performed in several competitions taking first prize in the Eastman Guitar Concerto competition (2012) and second prize in the Great Lakes Guitar Society competition (2014).
